Do I need to reserve parking?
Nuestro estacionamiento es pequeño y es un servicio GRATUITO. Por este motivo, manejamos la política de “estacionamiento sujeto a disponibilidad”. Diariamente, se da acceso a los vehículos conforme van llegando a las instalaciones. Si el estacionamiento se encuentra lleno para el momento en que usted arribe, deberá buscar alguna otra alternativa (estacionamiento público cercano ó estacionar en calle con pago de parquímetro). Existen 3 estacionamientos cercanos a nuestras instalaciones y el costo del mismo debe ser cubierto por el huésped. No contamos con convenios especiales con ninguno de estos servicios alternos. En el caso de estacionar en calle, el parquímetro opera de lunes a viernes de 8:00 am – 8:00 pm y es responsabilidad del huésped el pago del mismo. El obtener un lugar en nuestro estacionamiento el día de su check-in, no garantiza las noches subsecuentes en caso de que usted saque su vehículo del estacionamiento. Normalmente, el estacionamiento es suficiente para la gran mayoría de las fechas del calendario. Los días más problemáticos son los sábados, fechas en las que haya eventos masivos en CDMX (conciertos internacionales, eventos de Fórmula 1, festival de Día de Muertos, y durante el mes de diciembre en general).
Is the service pet friendly?
No, our aparthotel does not accept pets of any kind.
Do you accept children or do you have special rates for minors?
Children under 6 years of age are not accepted at Suites Mine. We ask you not to book if you are traveling with a minor of this age, since your reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund if you arrive at the facilities with a minor who does not meet the minimum age. The reason for this policy is to offer a quiet environment to the rest of our guests and because the construction and decoration of rooms is not suitable for minors. Children 6 years and older must be considered one more guest at the time of booking and the rate as an adult guest will apply.
Is it possible to do an early check-in or a late check-out?
Early check-in's can only be requested after 6:00 pm the day before arrival by calling our central office at (+52) 55-36-66-85-35 and it will depend on availability in the calendar to allow early access for a fixed fee. Early check-in is only allowed after 9:00 am. In the case of late check-out, this must also be requested one day before check-out after 6:00 pm and allows a maximum check-out at 4:00 pm charging a fixed rate. Due to the high occupancy of the property, we recommend that our guests do not consider early check-in or late check-out as a safe option when organizing their trip, since most of the time, we are unable to grant it. Our staff already goes to great lengths to handle an earlier check-in than most accommodations in the area.
Do you have a luggage storage service?
Suites Mine receives luggage at no additional cost on the same day of check-in or check-out at no additional cost. The luggage storage service hours are from 9:00 am – 10:00 pm every day.
In case you need to leave your luggage in storage for a few days while you make another trip, a fixed rate per day per suitcase / bag / backpack will be charged. Please consult this service with the reception.
Can I make a reservation the night before my arrival if I arrive in the early morning?
No. Our service is an alternative lodging option and we do not consider ourselves a hotel. We do not operate 24 hours a day, so if your arrival is not within our operating hours, we invite you to choose another lodging service that does operate 24 hours a day. Our check-in time is from 2:00 pm – 12:30 am (next day).
Do you have rooms for people with reduced mobility?
Some STUDIOS on the first floor are slightly equipped with some additions to help people with reduced mobility or older adults. They may have safety bars in showers and an additional chair to place in the shower. Entering the aparthotel requires climbing around 10 steps, so people who do not have a minimum of mobility, it is advisable not to book with us. From the underground parking, we have access to the elevator if required. If you have special needs, we ask you to make your reservation by calling the number (+52) 55 36 66 85 35 and present your case to obtain the best possible attention.
Is ¿Suites Mine a hotel?
Suites Mine is not a hotel. We are an alternative lodging service that could be identified as an Airbnb's building. There are substantial services that we do not offer and that are exclusive to a hotel: 24-hour reception, concierge service, bell service, breakfast included, hotel-airport transportation, etc.
Suites Mine offers quality service with much more competitive rates than a hotel in the area. You should be aware that the reason you get a service at a competitive price is because some services are sacrificed that we do not consider a priority for our market. If you are looking for a hotel service, we recommend booking at a chain hotel like the many that exist in the area and that offer services at much higher rates. The hotel-type services that we do offer are: daily cleaning, luggage storage, room equipment, high-speed Wi-Fi included, pay TV included, surveillance, reception and amenities (shampoo, shower gel, linens, clothes iron, hair dryer).
What is the difference between room types?
The STUDIOS are the cheapest rooms, followed by the SUITES and finally the DOUBLE SUITES. The only difference between the Studios and the Suites is the kitchen equipment. The Studios have a partial kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, bread toaster and sink; while the Suites have a kitchen with these same elements, but also have an electric grill, extraction hood, pots and pans for cooking. Studios are located on floors 1, 2 and 3; The Suites are located on floors 4 and 5. These 2 types of rooms have capacity for up to 3 guests (one King size bed + 1 double sofa bed).
The Double Suites are larger than the Studios and Suites and the main difference is that they have 2 queen size beds and a full kitchen (just like the Suites). These rooms have a maximum capacity for up to 4 guests (two King size beds + 1 double sofa bed).
What amenities does Suites Mine have?
We offer a rooftop with daily operating hours from 10:30 am – 10:00 pm. In this space, we have a common jacuzzi for 8 people, a small room, lounge chairs, tables, bar, bathrooms with shower and a la carte food service. Soon the branch will have a gym for our guests (September 2025).
Do you offer discounts for long stays?
We have 3 rates: night, week with a 10% discount (from 7 consecutive nights in the same room), and month with a 20% discount (from 30 consecutive nights in the same room). These discounts are available on our official website and through reservations by phone at (+52) 55 36 66 85 35.
How can I make a reservation?
There are 3 ways to make a reservation with us:

2.- Through our official website: Suites Mine
3.- Through digital platforms such as: Booking.com, Expedia.com, Airbnb
Reservations made through our website or digital platforms will be charged the cost of the first night of the reservation as a guarantee. Reservations made by phone call may be guaranteed through a section that must be made by bank transfer. The remaining amount of the guarantee can be settled upon arrival at the aparthotel with our authorized payment methods.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payment in Mexican pesos, Visa, MasterCard, Carnet and American Express credit and debit cards. For reservations made in advance and by telephone, it is possible to request payment by national bank transfer and virtual payment link.
Do they bill?
Most reservations can be invoiced with itemized VAT. It is necessary to present your Tax Status Certificate issued by the Mexican SAT and an email during your stay to send you your invoice. There are some payment schemes for direct telephone sales in which it is not possible to invoice. Invoices with international validity are not issued for tax deduction in other countries. If you are a foreign guest, you can request a receipt not certified by the SAT to justify your expenses in your foreign company.
